ONLY attending Bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid. Plans and specifications will only be available at the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting.ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026 AT 10:00 AM through email at facilitiesprojectbids@rsdmo.org. We will record the bid opening and share with all participants when bid tabulation sheets are finalized. No bids will be accepted unless submitted on the forms provided.
