Questions pertaining to the bid documents may be directed to the Procureware site under the Clarifications for the Bid section. These documents may be only used for the purpose of bidding on this project. Anyone logging into the site for specifications will be notified of all addenda by e-mail. All requests for information and clarification must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 01, 2026. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Prime bidders will be asked to attend a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the General Services office: 288 Complex Drive, Dothan, Alabama. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
