The Roseville Power Plant #2 (hereinafter “RPP2”) is a gas fired 50 MW simple cycle peaking power plant which has 2 – GE Frame 5, and additional process support equipment. Power generation operations and maintenance includes work on gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, a cooling tower, crystallizers, sumps, tanks and other pieces of equipment. The City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Scaffolding Services to facilitate operations and maintenance activities at the City owned or operated electric generation systems.
