The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for Confined Space Rescue Services. This will be a competitive negotiation process. The City owns and/or operates multiple power plant sites. The primary site is the Roseville Energy Park (hereinafter “REP”) which is a gas-fired 165 MW combined-cycle power generation facility with an additional 2 – GE TM2500 simple cycle turbines, and a zero liquid discharge system. The Roseville Power Plant #2 (hereinafter “RPP2”) is a gas fired 50 MW simple cycle peaking power plant which has 2 – GE Frame 5. Power generation operations and maintenance includes confined space work in heat recovery steam generators, a cooling tower, crystallizers, sumps, tanks and other pieces of equipment. The City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide confined space rescue services for City owned or operated electric generation systems.
