This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be used to purchase trophies, plaques, awards, promotional items and services.This RFP is supplemental to the original solicitation RFP KB-207826 for Trophies, Plaques, Awards, Promotional Items and Services.** Vendors that were awarded under the original solicitation KB-207826 are not required to respond to this supplemental solicitation, as their existing awards remain in effect. This solicitation is directed at vendors who were not previously awarded under KB-207826 and who wish to be considered for inclusion in the district's pool of approved suppliers for the goods and services described herein.This is for District-wide use, on an "as needed" basis.All vendors are encouraged to participate even if vendors are the sole source providers.This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods or services purchased by Dallas ISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs.LENGTH OF CONTRACT The term of this proposal shall mirror the original RFP term (KB‑207826 Trophies, Plaques, Awards, Promotional Items, and Services), based on the long‑range needs of the District and the mutual consent of both parties. Any contract resulting from this solicitation may, upon mutual agreement between the awarded vendor and the District, be extended for a total period not to exceed five (5) years. If either party intends not to renew the contract, that party must provide written notice to the other no fewer than ninety (90) days before the expiration of the then‑current term. If the District fails to timely exercise any renewal option, all remaining renewal options shall expire and terminate.
