    Purpose The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide engineering and design, permitting, solicitation, and construction administration services for the City’s Capital Improvement Projects for FY2026. The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to provide a general understanding of a firm’s technical expertise in the areas of water, wastewater, and transportation engineering. This solicitation is not to establish a rotation list but will be used to select Respondents for projects beginning in FY2026. The City will match the most technically qualified firm with the following projects. • Butler Farms Storage Tank(s) Design • South Forks Wastewater Treatment Plant On-Site Lift Station Design • Stonewall Parkway Extension Design • Lift Station 19 Upgrade • Lift Station 12A Rehabilitation • AC Waterline Rehabilitation.
