Named Accounts for County Departments and MCSIP agency members: Access to SaaS for a minimum of twenty (20) named accounts to ensure County Departments and MCSIP agency members have concurrent access to SaaS. d. Capability to track computer-based, in-person, on-the-job, and vendor demonstrations, including, but not limited to, initial training sessions on SaaS and training sessions when SaaS is updated e.
