Eastern Time. DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Drawings and technical specifications are available as separate documents at www.bidexpress.com. Drawings and technical specifications are contract documents. PRE-BID CONFERENCE There will be a nonmandatory pre-bid conference on February 3, 2026 at 10 am. local time at Sammons Park at 877 Groveport Rd, Columbus, OH 43207. NOTICE TO PROCEED/CONTRACT COMPLETION Special Bidding Instructions: All construction documented in this bid set exclusive of landscape installation shall begin no sooner than June 28th, 2026, and shall be completed prior to August 14th, 2026. Tree protection shall be included in this time. All landscaping installations (turf seeding, tree installation, and tree pruning) shall begin no sooner than October 1st, 2026 and shall be completed prior to December 31st, 2026. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about Mid-June 2026, all work is to be complete by December 31st, 2026 QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE BID DOCUMENTS OR PROJECT Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans, specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Recreation & Parks, by email to Aaron Azar aaazar@columbus.gov on or before February 3rd, 2026. No phone calls will be accepted.
