San Carlos Airport Ground Lease 3.67-acre On-Airport Parcel for Development and Operation of Commercial Aeronautical Activities

INTRODUCTION

The County of San Mateo (“County”) invites Proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified entities (“Proposers”) to enter into a ground lease at 701 Skyway Road, San Carlos, CA 94070 for a 3.67-acre Parcel (Parcel) located on the San Carlos Airport (Airport) for the development and operation of Commercial Aeronautical Activities. The Parcel includes an existing office building with an adjoining hangar, adjacent aircraft parking ramp, and a vehicle parking lot. Exhibit A includes site photographs, Ground Lease space, existing building layout, and approximate dimensions for reference.

Proposers may improve, remodel, develop or utilize the Parcel to meet their operational needs, subject to County approval and Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
