The Harbor Boulevard from SP Slip to 22nd Street Roadway Improvements (Drawing No. 1-3597) Project includes reconfiguration and expansion of a section of Harbor Boulevard from SP Slip to 22nd Street to include 2 travel lanes in each direction, a scenic pedestrian walkway, and pedestrian access. Improvements include demolition and removal Work; removal and relocation of existing utilities; construction of curb and gutter; grading new boulevard alignment; placing crushed miscellaneous base; cold milling existing pavement; paving; pavement markings; relocation of existing and installation of new signage; sidewalks; street trees and landscaping; lighting; site cleanup; and other improvements.
