Improvements include demolition and removal Work; removal and relocation of existing utilities; construction of curb and gutter; grading new boulevard alignment; placing crushed miscellaneous base; cold milling existing pavement; paving; pavement markings; relocation of existing and installation ofnew signage; sidewalks; street trees and landscaping; lighting; site cleanup; and other improvements.
