The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for a scheduling and timekeeping solution for multiple departments, divisions, offices, and agencies including its Sheriff’s Office for both its Patrol division (“OCSO Patrol”) and Corrections division (“OCSO Jail” and together with Patrol collectively, the “OCSO”), its Division of Emergency Communications within the Department of Emergency Services that operates the County’s E-911 public safety dispatch communications operations (“E-911 Dispatch”). References individually to the OCSO (which includes references to OCSO Patrol and/or OCSO Jail), E-911 Dispatch are included in references to the County. Collectively, OCSO Patrol, OCSO Jail, and E-911 are each a “Stakeholder” and correctively the “Stakeholders.” Scope.
