1.1 This Request for Information, hereinafter referred to as the RFI, is being issued to solicit information from qualified suppliers capable of operating a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) and providing related staffing, equipment, and day-to-day services for students (the "Work"). This RFI is intended to gather information regarding supplier capabilities, staffing models, service delivery methods, operational requirements, billing practices, implementation timelines, and non-binding budgetary information for Manassas City Public Schools, hereinafter referred to as MCPS.
1.3 The School Division is seeking information from organizations with demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare operations, including direct clinical services, consent management, scheduling, student/family communication, documentation, and insurance or other billing support. The resulting information may be used to determine the feasibility, scope, and structure of a future solicitation.
