    The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform a complete and operational installation of Owner-furnished HVAC equipment at seven (7) separate school sites within the District.Full cut-in and installation of the equipment provided by the client: Contractor will handle the installation of the aforementioned equipment, which includes one outdoor condenser and two indoor sections provided by EMCSD. All additional parts, refrigerant gas, and labor required for the installation at four separate school locations will be supplied by Contractor. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.A Bidder and its subcontractors must possess the appropriate State of California contractors’ license and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the project. Bidders must also be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. Bids submitted by a contractor who is not properly licensed or registered shall be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered.
