New waterproofing systems will be needed to protect the structure from future damage. The services required of the selected design team will be to use the various reports developed by SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc., to be provided for review before design team interviews, for the basis of design for the remediation of this structure. The selected team will develop the bid documents, manage the bid process, and provide construction administration and inspection services for the work required to repair the building for ongoing use as a fire training facility.
