It also includes classrooms for the Children’s Dyslexia Center of Central Pennsylvania which is made available to the public at large.In addition to office space and the learning center, the facility not only hosts private Masonic events, but is also available for public rental and third-party events such as wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, corporate events, and social gatherings within any of several ballrooms, the largest of which can be configured to seat 550 people and includes an attached full-service catering kitchen. Responses to questions which require an addendum or changes to the Bidding Documents will be issued via a Public Notice and posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified by email when a change or addenda has been posted.All Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the receipt of the bid. Bidders guarantee that all goods and services meet the requirements of the solicitation during the contract period.
