Ensure destruction of paper, microforms, optical media, and other physical storage devices as required. Provide secure collection containers (locked, tamper-resistant) for designated locations for non-boxed confidential media. Provide at minimum off-site shredding, with chain-of-custody documentation.SecurityRequirements All personnel handling materials must pass fingerprint-based criminal history checks and sign a confidentiality agreement. Materials must remain under continuous supervision until destruction is complete. Vehicles used for transport must be locked at a minimum.
