The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation. If there is a license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier. All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio. Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.
