Security and Access Control Changeover for KIA Center

Project Goals:
•    Replace 197 cameras in the facility and integrate into new video management system. 
•    Install 260 new cameras in the facility and integrate into new video management system. 
•    Replace access control hardware on existing 247 doors and integrate into new electronic access control system. 
•    Integrate and map cameras with access-controlled doors in new video management system.
•    Create a scalable physical identity management plan, including the printing of all new credentials for 3500 staff.
•    Provide scalable, on-premises storage.
•    Configure system for a large number of users and different permission profiles.
•    Deliver complete documentation, commissioning, and training for operational staff.

Evaluation Criteria

• Relevant Experience & References (38 pts) —
  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, examples of relevant experience and experience with projects of the same size and scope.

   

• Implementation Timeline and Project Management Plan (30 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, a detailed document outlining the steps, resources, and timeline required to achieve project goals.

• Warranty & Support Plan (10 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of the information submitted for the contractor's plan to support the warranty and system upkeep.

• Veteran Business Enterprise participation in subcontracts (2 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of the information submitted in response to Attachment “F.”

• Price Proposal (20 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of a detailed listing of Bill of Materials.
