    The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District also owns and manages multiple structured parking facilities, including the Disney Springs parking garages.As part of maintaining the safety and security of its facilities, the District is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide comprehensive security services and high-quality protection for all visitors and personnel. The work to be performed involves supplying trained security personnel and management to handle the day-to-day security operations of these facilities.All interested parties are hereby informed all documents related to this RFP will be made available exclusively on the date of the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting.Documents will be released only to an authorized representative of the proposing vendor. The representative must be duly designated by the vendor and present at the mandatory pre-proposal meeting.
