The engagement includes maintaining platform stability through regular patches and major upgrades, optimizing key service management processes, sustaining CMDB accuracy, and supporting a broad ecosystem of integrations. Supplier will deliver hands‑on configuration, testing, deployment, and technical support while also providing strategic guidance, best‑practice recommendations, roadmap development, and governance to ensure NYPA maximizes long‑term value, scalability, and alignment with ServiceNow’s out‑of‑the‑box standards. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be provided to pre- qualified vendors as an outcome of this RFQ.
