The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), on behalf of the Office of Safety and Youth Development (OSYD), seeks proposals from organizations experienced in providing high quality services to administrators, school personnel, central based staff, students and families that promote safe, supportive and inclusive school communities. To create safe and supportive school communities requires a multifaceted approach to research based youth development which connects direct services to students with capacity building professional development, training for families and links to school wide initiatives.
