    Name or Title of the Service or Supply: Remove and replace roof materials, gutters, downspouts, soffit and facia on a house at Shawnee State Forest Headquarters. Ordering Division and address: Division of Forestry, Shawnee State Forest, 13291 US HWY 52, West Portsmouth, Ohio 45663 Specifications: (see attached engineering reports for more detail) Remove existing shingle and associated material Repair and/or replace any roof sheathing as needed (provide per sheet pricing) Install brown ribbed galvanized steel metal roof to include: Ridge vent Ice blockers along the entire perimeter Matching metal gable end trim oHouse roof dimensions 53’x30’ (each pitch is 15’) oPorch roof dimensions 11’x25’ Repair any rotten wood on the house and porch fascia. Wrap all fascia with tan aluminum (to match vinyl gable ends) ~ 106’ total linear measurement Install tan, vented vinyl soffit at all overhangs (color match existing vinyl gable ends). Cut or remove existing wooden soffit so that new vented vinyl soffit is functioning properly. Replace all gutters with new brown aluminum gutters. 106’ total linear measurement(53’ on front of house and 53’ on rear of house) Replace all downspouts with new brown aluminum downspouts. 4 total downspouts,~10’ each Tie the 3 house downspouts into existing underground drainage pipe Install new concrete splash block at outlet of the porch downspout Division of Forestry to approve all material and color selections prior to ordering
