*Please download RFP in Documents to view complete Scope Of Work*This contract consists of providing secure, recurring and on-demand confidentialdocument destruction and shredding services for MAOF facilities throughout California.Services shall include the furnishing of secure collection containers, scheduled document collection, transportation, destruction of confidential records, certificates of destruction, compliance reporting, and additional shredding services on an as-needed basis.The intent of this contract is to ensure the secure destruction of confidential information, personally identifiable information (PII), employee records, financial records, program records, and other sensitive documents generated by MAOF operations while maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry standards.MAOF provides services to children, families, seniors, community members, and employees and is entrusted with sensitive information requiring secure handling and destruction. The selected Contractor shall maintain strict confidentiality and utilize secure chain-of-custody procedures throughout collection, transport, and destruction processes.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, equipment, collection containers, supervision, transportation, destruction services, reporting, certificates of destruction, and related services necessary to perform the work described herein.
