    Description

    The State University of New York at Plattsburgh will receive sealed bids for project number 26JB0119-T000936 titled Sibley Courtyard Improvements until 3:30pm local time on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 713 Kehoe Administration Building, 101 Broad Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed within the time frame indicated in the Project Schedule portion of the Project Manual, starting immediately upon the notice to proceed. An optional pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. local time. All interested bidder's will meet at Sibley Hall, in front of the Chapter One coffee shop. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
