Justification for single source acquisition
Dominica Recreation Products (DRP) is the exclusive representative and sole source supplier for GameTime park and playground equipment throughout the state of Florida and Georgia. As the authorized provider of GameTime equipment, they are the only company allowed to modify or add on to existing GameTime equipment compliantly.
All purchases of GameTime equipment must be processed through the GameTime office in the state of Florida before GameTime can ship. All orders have to be made out to GameTime directly as invoicing will come from GameTime.
No other source exists for GameTime equipment.
