Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform site work around the Tubman Sculpture near the University Downtown Center. The scope of work includes but is not limited to tree removal, and installation of new trees. Demolition of existing walks, benches and infrastructure, relocation of memorial pillars, installation of new stone bench seating, new pavers, and the addition of site furnishings, interpretive signage and site lighting. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University’s website for parking instructions. Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
