All work shall comply with the County Policies, the Local Assistance Procedure Manual (LAPM) and the most recent guidelines for the Federal Highway Bridge Program (HBP). The requested professional design engineering services shall include, but will not be limited to, the following: Project Management, Project Surveying, Mapping and Control, Environmental Clearance, Hydraulic and Hydrology Analysis, Permitting Compliance, Utility Coordination and Relocation Plan, Right-of-Way Engineering, Plans, Specifications, and Engineer's Estimate (PS&E), and Bidding and Post Award Assistance services for the PROJECT.
