Description: The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the construction of a new public park along the Saint Regis River, intended to highlight the display of artwork, Akwesasne, NY, as more particularly described in the Proposal Documents. SRMT is utilizing “Procore” construction project management software for viewing and downloading copies of all Proposal Documents. All electronic correspondence is tracked and archived by Procore, and proposers are provided with the most up-to-date information for the project. Interested proposers must contact the SRMT’s Grants & Contracts Office to be added to the proposers list for this project and to obtain proposal documents, drawings and technical specifications. A Pre-Proposal/Bid Meeting is being held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m. (local time) and to be held at the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Planning & Infrastructure Boardroom, 2817 State Route 95, Bombay, NY. Proposal Bid/Contract Security may be required and is more set forth in the Proposal Instructions. The following preferences apply to this solicitation: Native Preference, Women Business Enterprises & Veteran with Disabilities Business Enterprises and Minority Business Enterprises and Veterans Business Enterprises. In accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Native American Preference Policy, the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe will give preference in the award of a Contract to approved Native American Owned Businesses/Companies, as certified by the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Compliance Department. Any proponent claiming Native American Preference MUST give evidence to support this claim with their submitted proposal. The successful Contractor, as well as their Sub-Contractors, will be required to complete a Native American Preference Employment Plan and Agreement. THE SAINT REGIS MOHAWK TRIBE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL, WHETHER IT IS THE LOWEST OR NOT, OR MAY REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS.
