All work must be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards.Scope of Work:Wall #1Construct a new interior wall. Approximate Dimensions: 26’ 8” (L) x 16’ (H) • Wall #1 will require cutting ceiling grid to run wall to existing top track above • Frame wall using 20-gauge 2x4 metal studs • Install 5/8” drywall on both sides • Install insulation • Tape, mud, and sand to a Level 4 finish • Paint (color: white; final specification to be provided after walkthrough) • Patch ceiling grid after painting • Clean up work areaWall #2Construct a new interior wall. Approximate Dimensions: 11’ 9” (L) x 12’ (H) • Frame wall using 20-gauge 2x4 metal studs • Install 5/8” drywall on both sides • Tape, mud, and sand to a Level 4 finish • Paint (color: white; final specification to be provided after walkthrough) • Clean up work areaWall #3Extend an existing 8’ wall to a total height of 12’. Approximate Dimensions of Extension: 4’ 8” (H) x 16’ (L) • Frame extension using 20-gauge 2x4 metal studs • Install 5/8” drywall on both sides • Tape, mud, and sand to a Level 4 finish • Paint (color: white; final specification to be provided after walkthrough) • Clean up work areaProject Schedule• May 18-29, 2026: Vendor to complete all wall framing • June 01-12, 2026: Snow College will perform electrical work (not part of this bid) • Following electrical completion: Vendor returns to complete insulation, drywall, finishing, and painting o All work MUST be completed on or before August 05, 2026Mandatory Walkthrough:A mandatory walkthrough will be held to allow vendors to inspect the site, take measurements, and ask questions. Signed Contract with Snow College. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards.Subcontracts & Bonds:If subcontractors are proposed: • The bidder must provide the subcontractor’s name, address, and scope of work • Approval from Snow College Purchasing is required prior to awarding subcontracts • Use of subcontractors requires bonding All bond costs are the responsibility of the vendor awarded and must be included in the bid pricing.Insurance Requirements:The awarded vendor must maintain: • Commercial General Liability (CGL): o $1,000,000 per occurrence o $2,000,000 aggregate • Additional Coverage (if applicable): o Business Automobile Liability o Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions): $2,000,000 per occurrenceEvaluation of BidsBids will be evaluated for responsiveness in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code.
