    Payson Unified School District,  is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) and is intended to provide a basis for selection of up to two firms to expand its Social Media materials that the District has available for their office, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook accounts as well as the District's official website. It is envisioned that one firm might help with the Culture and Leadership of Social Media and another firm could produce the tangibles that the community will see, hear, and read.

    Evaluation Criteria

    • Cost Criteria over Five Years (30 pts)

      Cost is a factor in awarding the contract; however, only those proposals that meet all the mandatory criteria in the RFP will be given consideration. The contract will not be awarded solely on the basis of cost.

      After a composite technical score for each audit firm has been established, the sealed cost proposal will be opened and additional points will be added to the technical score based on the proposed price. The maximum score for price will be assigned to the audit firm offering the lowest price, and proportional scores will be assigned to the other firms.

      Experience of the firm in providing requested services

    • Method of Approach to this project (25 pts)

      The District perception that through the materials provided; PUSD would have successful outcomes.

    • Responsiveness (20 pts)

      Firm shows they have an excellent grasp of the many ways to reach out to our local community.

      Our firm understands that we are not to embed any website URL’s, links to documents, or digital binders, or answer any question which references content located at an outside source within the questionnaire, as they will not be evaluated. We will answer the question in the space provided or as an attached document as directed.

    • Resulting Award - Contract (required)

      The resulting contract is subject to all terms of the district procurement code including limitations as to duration, rights of the district to terminate and means of dispute resolution. No resulting contract is renewable except to the extent provided in the solicitation. No vendor terms take precedence over the solicitation and district procurement code.
