Solanco School District, Quarryville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for Modifications to Main Lobby Restroom at Solanco High School, located at 585 Solanco Road, Quarryville, PA, a prevailing wage project. Bids will be received until April 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time.Bids must be submitted through the PennBid electronic platform. Late proposals will not be accepted or reviewed. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond of a surety company legally authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the bid closing. Bids will be reviewed and results displayed to the PennBid system.Solanco School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, and to make the award that is determined to be in the best interest of the District.Electronic Bidding Documents may be secured by bona-fide bidders on or after March 10, 2026 through PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/All bidders are required to obtain Bid Documents through PennBid or their bids can be rejected.
