    SOLDOTNA CITY SHOP ROOF REPLACEMENT. The City of Soldotna hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the City for the Soldotna City Shop Roof Replacement SOLB 26-04. The project consists of replacing the existing roof systems on the City of Soldotna Maintenance Shop. Work includes removal and disposal of approximately 11,000 square feet of existing metal roofing and insulation from the pre-engineered metal shop building and replacement with insulated metal panels. The project also includes removal and replacement of approximately 1,500 square feet of asphalt shingles on the wood-framed office addition. Additional work includes replacement of flashing at roof penetrations and replacement of miscellaneous roof components, including eave trim, gutters, and downspouts. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. on March 24, 2026 on-site at 884 Funny River Rd, Soldotna, AK. Attendance at the pre-bid is encouraged but not required.
