The Solicitation is now available to download online at: https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov/Module/Tenders/en, the solicitation number is RFP 051226. The RFP is scheduled to close on 5/12/2026 . Vendors must monitor the Sourcewell posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System.THIS POSTING IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. ALL QUESTIONS AND PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO SOURCEWELL'S PROCUREMENT OFFICE. Utah Vendors are encouraged to respond to the solicitation, even if they are only intending to provide the goods/services in the State of Utah. If the State of Utah enters into a Participating Addendum it will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.
