All documents, specifications and solicitation details are available at no cost electronically at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Proposers will be requested to register with PennBid.All proposals and contracts are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the South Central Transit Authority, the County of Berks, the County of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration.Contractors and subcontractors will be required to comply with all applicable Buy America, Non-Discrimination, Non-Collusion, Lobbying, Debarment and Contractor Integrity laws and regulations. All proposers will be required to certify they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors.SCTA encourages disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. DBE's shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination.
