Bidders will be required to sign in to document their attendance.All questions should be submitted electronically on PennBid before 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Telephone inquires and paper submissions will not be accepted.The bid must include all costs incidental to the work of the Project.Products shall be prequalified as "equals" for use on this project as is described by the Information to Bidders.
