Wilbur Drive, Crestview Drive, Longview Drive, East Clearview Drive, Brentwood Drive, and South Arthur Drive (approximately 51,200 SY) all of which include bituminous seal coat and slurry seal and Laurel Ridge Road (8,450 SY) which includes asphalt surface treatment and associated work. The Work must be completed not more than seventy-five (45) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed.Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening. Bidders are required to be PennDOT prequalified. Prevailing wages are not required by this contract.The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
