    Description

In general, the Contract involves the extension of the existing water line and sewer line. Both utility lines originate in Section 12 of the Forgedale Crossing Development and are proposed to be extended from Berkshire Drive (currently under construction within the Forgedale Crossing Development), through existing easements between the Township and Forgedale Crossing, LLC, and onto Township property where they will be extended up to where the proposed recreation center will be. Lines are proposed to be capped and terminated as shown on the provided plan drawings. Final connection of the utility lines will occur once the building has been renovated and expanded. A fire hydrant is to be installed as part of this project, coordination must take place between the South Middleton Township Municipal Authority and the awarded contractor.
