The Township reserves the right to award contracts for bundled services, individual service categories, or a hybrid service model, depending upon the proposals received and the best interests of the Township. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award to the Vendor who, in the sole discretion and judgment of the Township, makes the most advantageous proposal. The Township also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalities or irregularities in a proposal as permitted by law.
