After bid opening the results will be available for viewing on the PennBid website. Successful bidder will be selected by Owner at a later date.Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time, on April 24, 2026; questions will be accepted through PennBid, only from prime bidders. All questions must be submitted through PennBid and will not be accepted in any other manner. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held virtually at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on April 16, 2026. AN SITE VISIT WILL be held on April 17, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. prevailing time.
