    South Coast Water District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified andexperienced consulting firms to provide Special Assessment Administration Services for Water and Sewer Fees. These services include administration of special assessments related to water, sewer, and delinquent account charges for inclusion on the Orange County property tax roll.
