LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF LIMA, OHIO 2026-2027 SPECIFED PARCEL MOWING PROGRAM Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lima Auditor’s Office in an envelope marked “BID FOR 2026-2027 SPECIFIED PARCEL MOWING PROGRAM” attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time of Ohio, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Purchasing Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. Each proposal shall be made upon the City's prescribed form. The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified. Bids will then be opened and read aloud for: TO PROVIDE GRASS/WEED REMEDIATION (as defined in Chapter 1802.02), FOR THE CITY OF LIMA AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF LIMA FOR THE YEARS 2026 AND 2027. This work shall be performed in accordance with specifications available in the Housing & Neighborhood’s office, located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio, beginning Tuesday January 20, 2026 until 10:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time of Ohio on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
