Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Spring Garden Township.A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Spring Garden Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.A pre-bid conference will be held at Hoffman Road on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 731 Hoffman Road, York, PA 17403.
