Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Agency Decision will begin on April 20, 2026, at 12:30 PM and will end 72 hours later (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays) on Thursday, April 23 at 12:30 PM.
Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), F.S., or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, F.S.
