Description of Services, Contract Term and Historical Compensation: Description of Services: Refer to Attachment A, Janitorial Scopes of Work.Contract Term: The initial term of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation will be for a period of one (1) year beginning September 1, 2026, or upon execution of the Contract, whichever occurs first, HHSC, at its sole option, may extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation for up to two (2) additional years.Historical Compensation: Historical compensation under contracts with similar scope and size to this Solicitation has ranged from approximately $8,400.00 to $306,596.88 per State Fiscal Year depending on Region and Group.Mandatory Pre-Proposal Webinars and Mandatory JobsiteWalkthroughsHHSC will conduct two pre-proposal webinars. Solicitation Responses received from Respondents not listed on the attendance log will not be considered. Potential Respondents and/or Subcontractors must be prepared to complete one of the scheduled tours; additional tours will not be offered.
