OGS expects the project to be completed in 6-8 months. The scope of work should be organized into the specific tasks below: 1. Project Management · Work plan and Schedule (Gantt Chart) · Draft and Final Work Plan · Monthly Invoices and Progress Reports · Meeting agendas, minutes and presentation materials. · Project Kick-off Meeting · Regular bi-weekly progress meetings · Additional staff or stakeholder meetings as required 2. Statewide Operations Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory · Draft and Finalize Statewide Operations GHG Emissions Inventory · Develop memoranda summarizing findings, methodology, and other relevant observations · Provide Agency-specific reports with information on GHG emissions findings, process, and methodology · Produce materials needed for report-outs to working groups, including presentations and reports · Attend supplemental core team meetings as needed to discuss data collection and review findings · Attend additional meetings as needed with other stakeholders to review findings and collect feedback 3.
