    PROJECT NUMBER: DGS 2024 – SWSBRCM PROJECT TITLE: Statewide Small Business Reserve Construction Management Services PROJECT LOCATION: Statewide This ITQ process will allow DGS to establish a list of DGS Certified Small Business CM firms (CM Firms) whose services may be utilized by DGS on various projects. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This is an open enrollment Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) by the Department of General Services (DGS) to only DGS Certified Small Businesses for certain: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) SERVICES On various DGS Capital Programs projects requiring CM work during the Pre-Design, Design and Construction stages. It is DGS’ intent that this ITQ will result in a contract that is the first step of a three-step procurement process. This ITQ process will allow DGS to establish a list of DGS Certified Small Business CM firms (CM Firms) whose services may be utilized by DGS on various projects to be bid from: 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2029 (five (5) years). Proposals may be submitted to DGS between the ITQ Date of Issue and 12/31/2028. Received proposals will be opened and evaluated within approximately sixty (60) calendar days from the receiving date. There is no cost estimate associated with this ITQ. APPLICATION DUE DATE December 31, 2028, AT 4:30 P.M. PROJECT DOCUMENTS, including the Invitation to Qualify, can be viewed in, and downloaded from the project’s e-Builder solicitation file. All Applicants are required to create a user profile within e-Builder to view/download Project Documents. Small Business Reserve Construction Management Services APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH AN E-BUILDER BIDDING PORTAL. A video tutorial is available on the e-Builder site for first time users to learn how to navigate e-Builder. Due to technical limitations, the Statewide Small Business Reserve Construction Management Services ITQ must be viewed using a Windows PC. At this time, mobile devices are not supported. All applicants must have a Current, Active Vendor/SAP Number.
