Project scope shall include: Furnishing and installing a 40 ft x 11 ft truck scale Furnishing and installing NTEP Certified scale instrumentation An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Town of Guilderland Transfer Station, 6363 French's Mill Road, Guilderland, NY 12009, on February 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The successful bidders, to whom the contract is awarded, will be required to provide a payment and performance bond equal to the full amount of the Contract. New York State and Federal Prevailing Wage Requirements shall apply to this project. No Bids will be received or considered after the time stated above. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to TOWN OF GUILDERLAND. Cash deposits will not be accepted. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the Town Clerk and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Any addenda to the Bid Documents will be distributed to registered bidders based on how the documents were received.
