Bid Proposals will be received until 10:00 am prevailing time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. At 10:00 am prevailing time, bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following projects:REBID CD 51-3.11.10 Braddock Hills Safe Neighborhoods Demolition. Demolition of two (2) residential structures in Braddock Hills, including utility disconnections; sewer lateral removal and capping; extermination of rodents; asbestos abatement; building demolition and removal of outbuildings, trees, fences; proper disposal of materials; backfill with suitable material; compaction; grading; and all incidentals as required by municipal engineer. 518 Park Avenue, 995 Garfield Avenue. 30-day completion.Contract Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Form of Proposal and Agreement can be obtained via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
