    This project includes the Stevens Creek bank erosion and outfall repairs at the Whisman Park reach. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Traffic control, site access, trail closure, construction access and staging. 2. Demolition. 3. Supply and coordinate with consulting professional biologist and archaeologist for environmental permit compliance. 4. Trees removal 5. Removal of one 18-inch diameter RCP storm drain outfall and one 12-inch diameter CMP storm drain outfall and associated concrete improvements. 6. Construction of two (2) 18-inch diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) outfalls. 7. Repair the Stevens Creek Bank at 3 locations using a combination of compacted soil fill; planted soil and rock filled log crib walls; rock filled log crib walls; buried rock keyways; and planted rock slope transitions. 8. Installation of shrubs, mitigation plantings, and seeding with native riparian species including live willow brush mattress. 9. Installation of boulder anchored log rootwads. 10. Installation of a coffer dams to dewater the work areas, if needed. 11. Installation of erosion and sediment control measures. 12. Temporary manual irrigation as needed through Project Completion or until designbuild installation of automatic-controlled irrigation system. 13.
